These past couple of weeks have gone by so fast, like in the blink of my eye. Can’t believe the e-course ‘Flying Lessons’ with Kelly Rae Roberts has almost come to the end. I have truly been blessed to be amongst such a magnificent group of talented creatives’. I must say, at times, it’s been creative overload, trying to keep up with all the information to be gained from this course, let alone then putting some of that into practice. For many months and years to come there will be a continued momentum of making use of the wonderful information to come from this e-course. The little saying at the end of this blog aptly describes the feeling of the past few weeks for me, so I have shared it with you.
So what have I been doing apart from this e-course. Well not a lot was done in a ‘creative’ sense. I have laid down the first layer on a new canvas as you will see (background) in the picture, finished off a couple of journalling pages I had already almost finished a while ago, doodled around with a couple of new journalling pages (not quite finished yet), baked some daily bread…wholemeal spelt, had a few days to rejuvenate (hopefully), and trying to get over this persistent upper respiratory thing that keeps throwing me a left curve 🙂 Oh, forgot all the unmentionable everyday bits and pieces but that’s life!
A little saying from ‘The Little Book of Calm’ by Paul Wilson –
‘It’s hard to feel tense when you’re learning something you want to know.
And you can learn from the most unlikely places.’
